Welcome to Marian College Ararat.
Marian College is a Brigidine sponsored Year 7 - 12 co-educational college.
It has a 110 year history of serving the parishes of Ararat, Stawell and Beaufort. The College was established by the Brigidine sisters who still own and operate the school and have a presence on staff and through the Stewardship Council.
As a community we are very proud of our school, it's Brigidine identity and the Brigidine ethos developed so strongly over the years.

Principal's Welcome
Welcome to the Marian College Ararat website.
The College was founded in 1888 by the Brigidine Sisters who are still very much involved in the school. Marian College is very proud of it's Brigidine heritage and tries very hard to live out the Core Values for Brigidine education.
Marian College serves the parishes of Beaufort, Stawell and Ararat and provides these communities with a choice in education. A large amount of new building was completed in 1998 and the existing buildings were fully renovated in 1999. Over one million dollars in new building works is currently being carried out.
We welcome all students , especially the most vulnerable, and provide an education that meets the individual needs of all students at a cost that is affordable to all families.
